OUR COMPANY

History

Our story begins in 1962, in Figino Serenza (on Via Grigna), under founder Giovanni Carpani, operating from a different facility at the time. We started out producing small boxes made of thin cardboard, which were sold by weight rather than by the piece.

After Giovanni’s daughter, Edoardina, married Fernando Molteni, the company became known as I.C.M., standing for “Imballaggi Carpani Molteni. Over the years, corrugated cardboard was introduced into our production lines.

In 1996, their son Alessandro Molteni took over the company, supported by his father Fernando.

Through dedication, determination, the adoption of new materials and technologies, prudent and timely investments, and with a bit of luck, we reached the present day as a successful enterprise.

Today, thanks to the entrepreneurial vision of Alessandro and Fernando, the company continues to grow steadily. Our team keeps expanding with young, efficient professionals, all driven by the ambition to grow and improve continuously.
